Membership
Membership is given to all individuals above 21 years of age, who subscribe themselves to the aims, objectives and rules of the society. The admission of an individual as a member is governed by each category of members specified in the rules. And also membership is strictly scrutinised and will be given to those who have adequate experience in the Tourism trade, and are also willing to work hard jointly for the promotion of Tourism. It is of utmost importance that people who are interested to join ATTOI should have a personal interest in the local culture, environment and developmental factors. We welcome organisations of the Tourism trade, and also any individual who has a genuine interest in Tourism to join ATTOI.Admission as Member
All the above membership shall be subject to the approval and decision of the Executive Committee. The committee shall have the right to reject any application for membership without assigning any reason.
Active Members
The Proprietor of a Proprietary firm or any one Partner of a Partnership firm or any one Director of a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956/2013, specified for the purpose, who is engaged in the business of tourism industry can join as a member by paying admission fee of Rs.1000+GST and an annual subscription fee of Rs.3000+GST, Subject to the prior approval of the Executive committee. Any existing Associate members with valid GST registration may be admitted as Active member, subject to the prior approval of the Executive Committee.
Associate Members
Any organization anywhere in the world providing services related to tourism industry can be join as a Associate member by paying admission fee of Rs.1000+GST and an annual subscription fee of Rs.3000+GST. They have no voting rights.
Allied Members
Any individual anywhere in the world providing services related to tourism industry or interested in tourism field can join as an Allied member by paying admission fee of Rs.3000+GST and an annual subscription fee of Rs.1000+GST. They have no voting rights.
Distinguished Honorary Membership
All senior members are eligible for this membership, provided they have a minimum 25 years of experience in Tourism, Travel or Hospitality Industry. This membership is awarded for a lifetime of service, for their valuable contribution to the Tourism/Travel/Hospitality Industry or ATTOI. They will be regular invitees for all the meetings of ATTOI including the Executive Committee Meeting, AGM & EGM. This membership is subject to the approval of the Executive Committee of ATTOI, and they have no voting rights.
Institutional Membership
Universities/Colleges/ Institutes which offer Tourism/Travel/Hospitality Courses are eligible and can apply for this membership. They have no voting rights.
Overseas Membership
Tourism/Travel/Hospitality firms located outside India but owned & operated by Nonresident Indians are eligible to apply for overseas Membership. They have no voting rights.
